The Cottage is for sole use, whether you book one bedroom or three.

Sunday to Thursday nights: £180 for 2 people plus £22 per person per night for over and above that.

Friday and Saturday nights: £200 for 2 people plus £22 per person per night over and above that.

There is a £50 cleaning charge per booking.

Continental style breakfast is included in above prices.

Cooked breakfast is available for £12 per person.

There is a two night minimum booking but discounts are available for stays over 3 nights.

A seasonal discount of £5% is applicable November - March

Check-in 3pm Check-out 11am

Full payment is required to confirm booking

Payment may be made by bank payment or cash

Full refunds will be given for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking.

Full refunds will be given for cancellations made more than 14 days before scheduled date of arrival.

50% refunds will be given for cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before scheduled date of arrival.

No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 7 days before schedule date of arrival.
